In the committee meeting prior to the quarterly inspection, committee members will decide what area of the University they would like to inspect. They will then arrange with the safety officer to meet at that area at a specified time. The safety officer will then assist the inspection team in inspecting the area. The inspection team will report it's findings to the safety officer immediately and to the safety committee at the next meeting.
